Seychelles cane rum still distilled traditional aged in new French oak from medium roast is blended with our three-year-old ex-bourbon molasses rum and rum of 8 year old Bajan Foursquare molasses.

Bottled at 51,6.%, without sugar or dyes and very little filtering.

This rum has a herbaceous and slightly floral nose, toasty vanilla notes followed by silky smooth fruit stews and caramel characters.

Layers of complexity give way to a long finish with notes of toasted oak.
