Why we made this soda: A mango soda should conjure the heat, humidity and sweet, subtropical vibes of a Southeast Asian getaway with every sip. We’ve nailed that, sure— but this soda goes further.

Yes, it’s very mango: ripe, juicy, fragrant. But it’s the Thai basil that takes it somewhere else entirely — like veering off the main drag into a bustling Bangkok market. Its aniseed-y, herbal aromatics bring a cool, unexpected twist that makes every sip more layered, more complex, more… moreish.

Tastes like: A cool breeze through a tropical night market

Great with: Green papaya salad, sticky pork skewers or a fiery noodle stir-fry. A natural wingman (wingcan?) for bold, spicy fare. Also excellent with rum (white, gold or dark) or a clean pour of top-shelf vodka to keep things crisp.
