Why we made this soda: An elevated, lemon-infused take on iced tea — with bubbles, but no added sugar, sweeteners or fake stuff. A far (but not inaudible) cry from the 1904 St Louis World’s Fair, when a tea merchant famously served his wares cold during a heatwave.

Our version blends black and rooibos teas with Sicilian lemon to create something clean, complex and deeply quenching — the canned equivalent of a laid-back early evening in an Italian courtyard.

Black tea brings gentle tannins, rooibos adds warm earthiness, Sicilian lemon cuts through with sharp-sweet brightness, and light carbonation ties it all together. Balanced, refreshing and distinctly grown-up.
