This delicious green absinthe is made according to a 19th century recipe using 9 different herbs, including Wormwood (Artemisia Absinthium), Fennel, Lemon Balm, Anise, Mint and Coriander.
 
The green color of absinthe is obtained from the maceration of natural herbs and is protected from UV rays through its resistant bottle.
 
 Like aniseed aperitifs, absinthe is consumed with very cold water, but generally without ice cubes. Purists gently pass the water over sugar when serving using an absinthe spoon. It can also be enjoyed in classic cocktails such as the Sazerac or the French Mojito.
 
 This absinthe develops notes of licorice, anise and aromatic plants. When water is added, notes of white mint and pepper appear. The palate is full of licorice and aromatics, finishing with smoky notes.
