In GIOVANNONI ROSSO DE MAYO we find 15 botanists who are in splendor in the month of May.
At the end of this elaboration we add the tri-distilled alcohol and the must
concentrate, filter and store for two more weeks.
The result is a powerful, rich and structured vermouth . The entry into the mouth is marked by the fruity profile of the Bonarda. When it opens, it begins to discover the complexity that the botanicals of Mayo offer.
It is recommended to drink cold or with a shot of soda or ginger ale.

At GIOVANNONI DRY we find 18 mostly organic botanists.
At the end of this elaboration we add the tri-distilled alcohol and the must
concentrate, filter and store for two more weeks.
The result is a dry vermouth with a profile you've never tasted before. It is radical, fresh and with a bitter point provided by its botanists.
It is recommended to drink cold or with a shot of tonic.
