We make home deliveries


Free shipping on orders over €90 for Standard Shipping (STD)

 Estimated delivery times 2-3 business days.

Currently we do not have a shipping service for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

For Express Shipments (EXP)  the estimated delivery time is 1 working day for orders received before 3 pm.

Deliveries are made onlys working days, Monday through Friday. 


In all other cases, the shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the region and weight.

We know that sometimes it is difficult to be at home to pick up your order, which is why we put at your disposal the largest network of convenience points made up of more than 3,700 ServicePoints on the Peninsula and more than 70,000 throughout Europe. . 

Thanks to the wide network of ServicePoints you will always have one very close where you can comfortably pick up and/or send your packages.


ServicePoints are local stores and businesses with which we collaborate in order to offer you a convenience point less than ten minutes from your home or work. Thanks to its long opening hours, you will have great flexibility when it comes to picking up or delivering your shipment.

By default, the shipment will be delivered to the ServicePoint closest to the address that you provide us during the purchase process. In the event that you prefer an Alternative ServicePoint, please indicate it to us in the sectionYodelivery instructions during the purchase process.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as we start preparing your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking information to load.



If upon receipt of the package it is damaged, defective or the product is incorrect, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once the returned product is received, we will proceed to make the corresponding change or refund in the same form of payment that you have used.
