Distilled in batches of 200 liters in copper stills, APOSTOLES is as artisanal as I can be.
Each botanical is macerated in an individually tri-distilled cereal alcohol base.
The macerations are filtered and mixed following the original formula created by Tato Giovannoni and the batch is detailed.
The result of the distillation is bottled and numbered.
Among the main botanicals we find:YERBA MATE, EUCALYPTUS, PEPERINA, PINK POMELO, JUNIPER AND CORIANDER.

When the Spanish colonized what is now Argentina they brought with them the Jesuits to assist them in the evangelization of the local tribes.
It was from the Guarani that the Jesuits learned the benefits of the mate leaf and began the first formal plantations of it.
The town of Apóstoles in Misiones was the first plantation and is today the National Capital of Yerba Mate in Argentina.

We wanted to honor our land and our yerba mate with the name.
And we didn't find a better way.
