Distilled in batches of 200 liters in copper pot stills, APOSTOLES is as artisanal as I can get.
Each botanical is individually macerated in a tri-distilled cereal alcohol base.
The macerations are filtered and mixed following the original formula created by Tato Giovannoni and the batch is detailed.
The result of the distillation is bottled and numbered. Among the main botanicals we find: YERBA MATE, EUCALYPTUS, PEPERINA, PINK GRAPEFRUIT, JUNIPER, CORIANDER AND ROSE HIP
We recommend taking it with tonic water, ice and organic blueberries.
