GINFISH is an ultra-premium Italian gin from Nizza Monferrato (Piedmont), whose hills and vineyards are a UNESCO World Heritage Site, presented in an artistic, collectible bottle with a commitment to social responsibility in water conservation.

Born between the shores of the ocean and the freshwater tides, GINFISH 68|70 is a gin that tells the story of a changing territory: that of estuaries, sandbanks, and salt spray.

GINFISH is inspired by the ancient sea that covered the hills of Monferrato. The discovery of a fossilized whale, approximately 3 million years old, near our distillery is a testament to this prehistoric connection.

The name 68|70 evokes the maritime coordinates of its area of inspiration: a meeting point between ocean currents and terrestrial memory, between fishing tradition and the precision of distillation.

This gin is made with eight locally sourced organic ingredients, including juniper, lemon, chamomile, rosemary, sage, thyme, clove, and a touch of grapes from the vineyard.

Tasting notes: juniper predominates, balanced by herbal and citrus notes. Very good freshness with a dry, aromatic, and lingering finish thanks to the chamomile notes.
