Takamaka Rum Extra Noir is a blend of still and column distilled molasses rum, macerated with French oak and then pressed with French wood and ex-bourbon.

Finally, the rum is left to rest in former French cane rum barrels for 60 days.

A full-bodied and vigorous rum that retains some funk and spicy elements from the "High Ester" of the French oak, and notes of vanilla and sweet nuances from the ex-bourbon.

Unsweetened, non-chill filtered and bottled at 43% ABV.

Ideal for a long and serious highball.
